Sportsbook Email Wager Promotion

Can any staff help explain why all of a sudden I was deemed ineligible for a sportsbook email promotion and given no reason? I just risked a $1200 total deposit and wager for no reason and staff chat support didn't give me a valid explanation, i feel scammed even though I know $240 payout is nothing to stake.
