Hi I was part of the unlimited community pool giveaway but when I click the link to collect the winnings it tells me it’s an invalid code?? Please help

@IvanaBe Only bot replies on live support. There is no real agent to talk to. I have completed the wagering requirement of a bonus offer received through email, but didn't get it. I don't know what to do now. Here's the screenshots of that email and my wagering.
