Bonus not credited

Hi, I got an offer through email which required wagering 60k INR to get 11k bonus. I have completed the wagering requirement but didn't get the bonus. Only bot replies in live chat support, no real person. 

The email didn't specify whether to wager on casino or sports. I just wagered on both.

Nahin bhai, bonus bhi nahin mila aur customer support se koi response nhi nahin. 24 ghante se zyada ho gaye. Sab fraud hai bhai.
