Hi,

I am raising a serious concern regarding the integrity of the Provably Fair system.

I trusted the idea of Provably Fair. To me, it should mean fairness, transparency, and public trust.

When records are disputed, a platform should be able to provide a complete backend audit trail for each record:

nonce

bet amount

result

payout

pre-bet balance

post-bet balance

server timestamp

If the platform says my balance was normal, the audit trail must prove it.

If the audit trail cannot be provided, then “balance normal” is only a statement, not an audit conclusion.

I am not asking for sympathy. I am asking for records.
