Rogers391 Posted June 6 #1 Posted June 6 Hi there, i have been trying to connect to chat support regarding changing my username, but neither the support mail nor the live chat seems to be working, the live chat is not connecting me with the support person and bot keeps me blocking. Help me to connect with the support.

Rogers391 Posted June 6 Author #3 Posted June 6 Can they help me move my funds to new account if i create another because, the site i am trying to cashout from says that my stake username is linked with another account, hence i want to change, but can't create new id as its a violation, so technically the only option is to seek for username change.

No, creating more than one account on Stake.com is prohibited. This is against the terms of use.
