The most important thing I've learned at Stake is how to start conversations and keep them going. Since I started working here, I've become much more communicative, and it's a lot easier for me to talk to people and have meaningful conversations in real life. 💬

That there a lot of people that are in the same situation as you. That u are never alone, there will always be someone to give u a helping hand. When i started working here i could never imagined that there are so many people that u don't know but would genuinely want to help you, either if it is in form of making you smile, laugh or giving u a pep talk.

My valuable lesson i've learned on Stake casino is...

Don't depo money you can't afford to lost, if given the lucky chance of winning, cash them out and run as fast as you can🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️😄

With regards to people  you meet in the community (chatroom, forum etc ), choose the one's with geniune intentions. be observant, quiet people are often the realiest.. while loudest people dominates conversations feeding their needs for attentions but lack of actions .You need not to have many friends. choose quality over quantity.  We just need to beat the odds, sharing betting strategies to win the game or the just opposite-the  strategies to avoid/deal or overcome itchy hands of playing😄

 Here are some strategies to Deal with gambling Cravings:

         *Reach out for support. Call a trusted friend or family member.

         *Distract yourself with other activities.

         *Postpone gambling. Giving yourself time may allow the urge to pass or weaken.

         *Stop for a moment and consider what will happen when you gamble.

         *Avoid isolation.
