So today i saw that btc is back at 4.000$. Ans recently i saw that many people said the btc will fall and will be worth 0.00$ is that true?

Im wrlly confuesd to belive the posts or just ignore them.

in The past 48 hours btc has been playing a "teadertodder" of up and down from $3,200 to $4,00.  I think it will go back up really soon but we never know . Good luck to everyone that has investments in it I hope for your sake it will rise in value a lot.

Well nobody knows what will happen to the BTC price. They are all just speculations.
