Hello Stake Support Team,

 

I am contacting you again because the issue was not resolved by the previous agent, ZeljkoNi. His response was incomplete and did not answer my question.

 

 

This is not a valid resolution. I need a specific reason.

 

*Here are all the facts from top to bottom:*

 

1. *The Offer*: I received an official promotional email from http://Stake.com to my registered email address 2 days ago. I have attached a screenshot of this email. 

    The email states: `"Wager ₹10,000+ on Stake and we'll reward you with a ₹900 bonus. You have 3 days to wager on sports or casino (excluding Poker). Your bonus will be credited in crypto only within 48 hours."`

 

2. *My Action*: I completed the required wager *YESTERDAY*, which is within the 3-day window mentioned in the email. 

    As per my account statistics, which I have also attached, my `Day: Wagered` amount is `$170`. 

    `$170 USD = approximately ₹14,900`, which is well above the required `₹10,000+`.

 

3. *The Problem*: Despite meeting all the written conditions in the email, Agent ZeljkoNi stated I am "not eligible" without providing any specific reason from the system logs. 

 

4. *The Timeline*: Per your own email terms, the bonus should be credited `within 48 hours`. It has only been ∼48 hours since I completed the wager. Therefore, the `Day: Bonuses: $0` shown in my stats is expected if the bonus is still processing. It does not mean I am rejected.

3. If I have met all T&Cs, please confirm my `₹900` bonus is processing and will be credited within the 48-hour window stated in the email.

4. If you are unable to resolve this, I request that you immediately escalate this ticket to a Supervisor/Team Lead and provide me with a Ticket ID for my records.

 

I will also be forwarding this entire conversation and proof to `[email protected]` if this is not resolved in this chat.
