Dear Stake Support,

I am a long-time Danish player who has been playing on Stake.com for about six years and have reached VIP level Platinum 5, very close to Diamond 1. Recently, all Danish players were moved from Stake.com to Stake.dk.

I have a few specific questions I hope you can answer clearly:

Why has the level-up bonus structure changed so drastically for Danish players on Stake.dk compared to Stake.com, even though the VIP levels and my wagered amount are the same?

On Stake.com, reaching the next level (close to Diamond 1) would have given me a level-up bonus of around 12,000 USD, but on Stake.dk the bonus for wagering approximately 15,000,000 USD (around 100,000,000 DKK) is only 1,000 DKK (about 125 USD. How is this difference justified from Stake’s side?

Can you confirm whether the VIP system on Stake.dk is intentionally designed to give significantly lower level-up bonuses for the same wager compared to Stake.com, or is this a temporary setup while the Danish site is being adjusted?

Will my historical wagering and achieved VIP level on Stake.com ever be “matched” or compensated on Stake.dk, or should I consider all my previous progression and expected bonuses effectively lost?

Who exactly is responsible for the design of the VIP and bonus structure for local markets like Denmark (for example, your marketing or VIP team), and how can I get a direct statement from them?

Do you plan to inform players from other countries that, if a local Stake site opens in their jurisdiction, their wagering, VIP progression, and bonus expectations might be significantly reduced as happened in Denmark?

I have already contacted both Stake.dk and Stake.com support several times, but I have not received a clear explanation beyond “it is just different.” I would appreciate a transparent and detailed answer, as this situation makes six years of wagering to reach Platinum 5 feel almost worthless in terms of bonuses.
