Clarification Needed on Bet Dates and Tournament Stages

I have a few questions regarding the 💰[$3,000 USD] Clutch Picks: IEM Cologne 2026 thread @Jake7589

Is the date when the bet was placed important, or are only bets made after the thread was created eligible?

Also, do Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 bets count? The tournament started last week, so depending on the answer, I may add my other bets to the thread as well.

I couldn't find any time restriction in the rules, such as "bets must be placed after a certain date," so I wanted to ask for clarification.
