What is the point of this when the chat with most winning bets will win? English chat far outnumbers any other chat, and will then have a guarantee win. 

Just a skem to make players bet more or what?

Basically yes ... Eng chat has more than 80 percent of the total chatters on stake compared to the total number of chat from country based chatrooms
