3 oaks gaming bonus buy's ghosting, funds taken bonus not yielded

Hello, June 9th I purchased a 100$ bonus buy on 3 oaks gaming, Lucky penny. My funds were taken and no bonus was yielded. Contacted support, The next day I was refunded.

June 11 I purchased 3 100$ bonus buys on 3 oaks gaming, Lucky penny, Lucky penny2, Lucky apple x1000. All 3 games did not yield a bonus and my funds were taken again.

After contacting support, around 4 days later I received 100 out of 300 returned to me, and was told it was still being investigated.

June 20th I still have not received the other 200, and told to be patient on repeat.

If this was a issue I caused I could maybe understand, but this is clearly 100% a stake/provider issue. In fact 3 oaks gaming was disabled for several days after this happened, and now re-enabled and all of a sudden I am unable to access any 3 oaks gaming slots, ' due to legal reasons, this game is not available for players residing in this jurisdiction.'

To top it off my betting archieve has no records of any gambling activity on June 11th, which further proves there is a clear wrong doing here.

As it stands I have 209.6$ CAD in 'active' bets from 3 oaks gaming which I'm unable to access due to the restriction after the provider was taken down.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been a member on stake since 2021.

yeah i have an active bet also that they said its been played so it’s just bug on my profile
