Question about the weekly GW

Please can someone tell me how the mods pick winners for the weekly GW ? Is it random or based on the profile on forum?

can someone answer so we can improve for nexts GWs

Stake’s Weekly Giveaway is a raffle with a $75,000 prize pool, split equally among 15 winners every week. Players earn one raffle ticket for every $1,000 wagered on Casino or Sportsbook during the week, with no limit on tickets. The draw happens every Saturday at 2 PM GMT, streamed live. Winners are picked randomly. 

 

On the same stream, there’s a free giveaway you can join on our forum — users don’t have to deposit or bet anything. All you need to do is go to the giveaway thread, post a reply, and include your Stake username. After the entry period ends, the winners are picked randomly and the prizes are added straight to their accounts. 

When users post on the Forum, they are assigned a page number and a post number. Towards the end of the stream, Eddie draws 5 random pages for each VIP host to choose winners from.

How does the host decide which person gets the prize for the page number?
