Not able to claim prize

Hi @BratislavK i won the fathers days contest but from the past 4 hours i have been tried to claim the prize but i’m able to i dont know the proper reason its just when i click on to claim it non claim bonus pop up comes i’m so confused a lil help here?

Could you please confirm whether you've received the prize or if you're still having trouble claiming it? I'm asking because, on my end, it appears that you successfully claimed the prize.
