Hello Stake Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently unable to use the chat feature on my account. Whenever I try to send a message, I receive the error: "You are not allowed to do that."

I am not sure why this restriction has been applied, as I always try to follow the platform's rules and guidelines. I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly review my account and let me know the reason for this issue. If there is any restriction, please advise me on what I need to do to regain access to the chat feature.
