Need Support Update on account

It has been 2 months i recieved this mail and i am still promo ban from your side . I dont know what i did wrong, i participated in promotion you give and my account get restricted . I think this is not fair to be promo ban for this long without any mistake from my side please look into this matter. I am long loyal member of stake and think it unfair of me missing sports pramotion during world cup.please look into this and if there is a mistake from my side atleast let me know the reason.
