Climb the ladder bonuses

Here’s a suggestion.. don’t Indian give my bonuses that I receive in my email about how I’m guaranteed to get more climb the ladder bonuses which I did but was told when I tried to use both of them and got  the fully claimed message that they are EXPIRED?!  Where’s the expiration date in the email with the bonus ?? Ohh right there was not one. Real stake like.
