Swapped BTC to USDT its been over 2 hours still didn't receive.

I have swapped BTC to USDT using stake's "swap crypto" feature like 2 hours before and i still didn't receive the USDT. Does anyone know how long does it takes?

 

Also the live support is not answering at all.

I'm really disappointed with the live support.

Update : Finally received it after 2 hours and 48 minutes.

Well there's that people BTC to USDT can take that long.
