I would like to request assistance regarding my Perfect 10 prize claim.

My bet successfully met the Perfect 10 requirements, as it won with at least x10 odds and included 10 or more selections. In the promotion’s Additional Information, it was clearly stated that Stake Shield bets are eligible for the promotion, and my bet falls within those guidelines.

However, when I try to claim my prize through the Perfect 10 claim link, I received the message: “Bonus cannot be found”

Could you please review my submission and confirm my eligibility? If there is any issue with the claim link or my entry, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving it so I can claim my prize.
