Stake Rumours

Heya everyone

So a lot of people have been talking about support being away for the next two days or so. At first I thought that they were talking nonsense, until I noticed that for the first time, there were no support members on Discord for a period of time. So I am starting to wonder if support is away, or if this is just a hoax.

I personally don't think support has left, because I contacted them today, and I did receive a reply, but others say they are gone.

Any thoughts or official words from the support team would be greatly appreciate, if only to put these rumours to rest

Yup, I heard about that last year. They are Serbian Orthodox, who celebrate christmas day on 7 january if I'm not mistake.

Ok that explains it, I learnt something new today. It's pretty risky though to leave the whole website unattended by the support team, but hopefully nothing goes wrong in the next 2 days

Well I wouldn't mind that they had a break from all the complaints and have some fun since they deserve it for sure. But I guess they will still be responding while celebrating.

Support is still there, but only for very URGENT and really important stuff.

You can contact any Mod for help on other things.

Nah, Irena said there just going to be busy for a few days. I believe she said it yesterday and mentioned that in chat. Not sure exactly what they are busy with, but yeah.. theyll be back XD or Rioooooottt!

they wouldnt leave it if they know it's not a good idea.  and they wouldnt leave at all. they would still check it from time to time. give the guys a break. they have been working a lot.

Support do a great job all year round and are well deserving of a break , Mods are online to help any users though and I suppose they would have direct access to support for very urgent matters , enjoy your time off guys , and a massive thanks for all the Christmas festivities you guys provided for everyone❤️

As you said those are just rumors. Guess stake's support members deserve 2 days off out of 365. Stake's supports has been perfect to me, also i really have search supports like them on other sites. Nothing found yet. Thanks to their perfect performance stake is getting better and better.

Yess i see it to about 4/5 hours ago on 6 Dec 19 on discord too.. 
Hmm i don't really sure why, but i think if they dissapeared for a day or maybe 2 days, i think it'll make players more difficult

It would be nice to take a vacation in another country as the whole group of the stake does but we will see how we are doing in the current year and therefore we are going away from the trip along with the stake. to all stake partners

I'm actually glad to see the support staff taking time off, otherwise they would be robots with no lives. They are human after all, and deserve rest for all the hard work they put into Stake.

its normal some part of the staff in stake go onto holidays some days in this period, but not all the staff is suppose, people use to talk a lot always

Definitely news to me that they celebrate Xmas now 😮 They deserve a break after the festivities on here. As to no online support... I've seen them on live chat/Stake chat everytime I'm online, although the number on Discord has definitely dropped slightly. I don't see the issue since one support is more than sufficient to hand out 3 giveaway wins/hr.

As explained above, yes, we are on/off in the following 24h more, it is Christmas in the Orthodox calendar We still check the tickets and solve the most urgent matters timely as well as crediting Discord winners, and from Tuesday morning all services will be restored, we are back on our 24/7 regime
