the key is logging all your spots with a poker tracker so when you lose a pot like that you got hard data backing up your decision, not just a story you tell yourself. the sickest mental trick for me was comparing my adjusted expectation line to the actual results every week, seeing tose lines converge long term basically kills the what ifs.
