I lost like three all ins with pocket aces my first week so maybe start smalller than I did lol. But yeah just jump in honestly, its fun even when youre terrible at first.

if you do start, track your sessions in a simple notepad. seeing your win/loss ratio after a few weeks is way more useful than just guessing if you're up or down

If you do jump in, set a strict stop loss before you even sit down at a real money table, because tilt chasing after a bad beat is the fastest way to drain a bankroll. Also get comfortable folding for an hour straight on the free tables, it sounds boring but discipline is way more useful than flashy bluffs when you are starting out.

honestly the best tip i can give is to watch a few streams first, seeing how people react to bad beats in real time teaches you more than any free table imo
