Honestly the hardest lesson I had to learn in Hold'em was ditching mid pocket pairs early when the board gets wet, used to call down way too much with those

I find folding tohse suited broadways preflop way harder than letting go of mid pairs on a scary board. At least with the pair you can see the flop cheap and then dip if it misses, but dumping KQs just feels like I’m leaving money on the table.

lost a huge pot in omaha last week holding a set of jacks on a bard with three hearts, kept telling myself he was just repping the flush.. turns out he actually had it every single time

tilt punting with ace rag is so painfully relatable esp after losing a monster pot in omaha. feels like you just wanna get it back in one hand even when the math says its lighting money on fire lol
