Cillianxnovaaa Posted Tuesday at 05:46 PM #1 Posted Tuesday at 05:46 PM Also, if you don't mind, then drop your highest wins on poker🤪
Wrenan Posted Thursday at 05:52 PM #2 Posted Thursday at 05:52 PM Bro just jump into some low stakes tables first and learn the hand rankings, you'll get the hang of it quick. My biggest win was like 2.5x my buy-in, nothing crazy but felt good fr 😂 Cillianxnovaaa 1
nyxtos6 Posted Thursday at 06:58 PM #3 Posted Thursday at 06:58 PM Just hop in the micro stakes and play tight at first, you'll pick it up fast. My highest was a 4x buy-in on a PLO table, shit had me sweating lmao 😂
raxique Posted Thursday at 08:19 PM #4 Posted Thursday at 08:19 PM Just start with Texas hold'em, way easier to learn the flow before diving into other variants. Hit a 5x buy-in once on a lucky river card, still riding that high tbh
Lorerra Posted Thursday at 08:50 PM #5 Posted Thursday at 08:50 PM Yeah start with hold'em, only play strong hands preflop and you won't bleed chips. My best was turning $20 into like $140 on a crazy PLO session, nearly threw up from the adrenaline 😂
xorva69 Posted Thursday at 09:23 PM #6 Posted Thursday at 09:23 PM Tbh the best way is just watching a few hands on YouTube then hitting the micro tables, you'll lose a bit at first but it clicks fast. My biggest win ever was turning $10 into $220 on a Texas hold'em table, pure luck but I'll take it lmao
Mikkmia Posted Thursday at 09:34 PM #7 Posted Thursday at 09:34 PM Start with Texas Hold'em for sure, hand rankings are the first thing to get down and the rest comes from just playing. Cashed out $300 from a $20 buy-in once and my hands were literally shaking lol
meriesse7 Posted Thursday at 09:44 PM #8 Posted Thursday at 09:44 PM Just watch a few hands on youtube and then dive into the micro tables, poker’s mostly pattern recognition once you know the basics. My biggest score was turning $15 into almost $200 on a hold'em table, felt like a movie moment 😂
Gauzealys Posted yesterday at 10:09 AM #9 Posted yesterday at 10:09 AM Man start with holdem obv but once you get the hang try some Omaha tables, the swings are nutty. Hit a flush draw with top pair once on a $5 spin and go, ended up cashing out $185 and I still think about that rush lol
synenmia4 Posted yesterday at 10:22 AM #10 Posted yesterday at 10:22 AM Id say skip the YouTube rabbit hole and just deposit 5 bucks on a micro holdem table, youll learn faster when real money is on the line even if its pennies. Omaha is fun but the variance is brutal so stick to holdem til you stop bleeding chips, my biggest cashout was 120 from a 10 deposit and I still remember the exact flop lol
ashg5cmdqt Posted yesterday at 01:00 PM #11 Posted yesterday at 01:00 PM yo just hit up the cheap zoom tables and fold a ton preflop, you?ll learn fast even if you lose a few stacks lol. my best was like 3x buy-in on hold?em, pure luck tbh ?
Shredorora0 Posted 22 hours ago #12 Posted 22 hours ago Start with holdem and fold more than feels normal
nylaezyl Posted 21 hours ago #13 Posted 21 hours ago Once I bluffed so hard with seven two offsuit that I felt bad taking the pot, but hey, chips are chips.
miketyson4 Posted 13 hours ago #14 Posted 13 hours ago yeah bro start with texas hold'em and dont play every trash hand, it'll click real quick ngl ? my best run was like 6x buy in, felt like teh goat ?
pekope Posted 11 hours ago #15 Posted 11 hours ago yeah bro learn hand rankings first then spam micro hold'em tables, you'll get teh flow quick no cap ? my best run was like 6x buyin, felt goat lol
auroraus Posted 6 hours ago #16 Posted 6 hours ago honestly the basics are easy, just knowing when to fold is the hard part. my bset night i turned a freeroll into like 120 bucks and still can't believe it held up
Vynwyn Posted 6 hours ago #17 Posted 6 hours ago Mcro tables teach bad habits honestly, easier to read once stakes matter.
Zyxerra7 Posted 5 hours ago #18 Posted 5 hours ago Ace high flush busted my wohle stack yesterday lmao
runevar Posted 5 hours ago #19 Posted 5 hours ago idk i feel like just grinding micro stakes makes you a calling station, you never learn to respect big bets. biggest win was probably getting felted by a rivered royal like 8 years ago and somehow still being up for the night lmao
Hollowver Posted 4 hours ago #20 Posted 4 hours ago I lost a huge pot once when I thought a straight beat a flush, felt so dumb I stayed up all night reading the hand ranikng chart
zexanick Posted 3 hours ago #21 Posted 3 hours ago Just learn the hand rankings and then sit at the lowest stakes table for a while, the rest is pattern recognition.
Wickys Posted 2 hours ago #23 Posted 2 hours ago do you mean like the full list of starting hands or just which ones beat what
onyxarys Posted 2 hours ago #24 Posted 2 hours ago Did you have a specfiic type of poker in mind or just Texas holdem?
yxarenne Posted 1 hour ago #25 Posted 1 hour ago honestly my biggest win was like $12 but it felt huge at the time lol
