Why are men emotionally weak?

Growing up as a child I was taught that a man should be emotionally strong ,never cry and be in control of his family and be stronger than a woman but reaching adulthood I discovered its look like a myth .though I tapped from that am a bit emotionally strong as a result of some bitter life experiences I have a developed tougher skin now.

why are my saying these?........

Truth be told it seems women are emotionally stronger than men these days .infact women are in control .it is always the men who beg,spend and practically do crazy things to please the woman while she feels Like a queen Even though she is not.here on nairaland it is mostly men that are victims of relationships they are the ones that are dumped, used,manipulated. they are the ones falling in love and heartbroken always. (you can make research yourself).

women on the other hand are never compromising their code and any one of them that breaks the code gets bashed by her fellow women.
do you know these codes here they are

1. never toast a guy no matter how you like him
2. never spend on a guy never.
3. never give in easily to him
4. never have sex with him until he buys you heaven and earth.

so on and so forth..........

they stick strongly to this codes now they are in charge.almost every woman follow this code but guys never stick to their own code because they are weak .

men should learn to control their emotions and stop making themselves gullible.never live to impress people that is when they will love you.

You are wrong. You've just never met women who don't follow those codes. From what you are describing it looks like you were manipulated/used by women alot, I suggest trying to change your circle and who you include in it. There will always be people in this world ready to take advantage of you, women or men, and guess what they are never going to stop, so stop whining and do something active about it like meeting different women and stop being as gullible.

As to some of the points you make, well yes it's the social norm unfortunately, based on thousands of years of old civilization rules. Of course some are unfair, I mean women get paid significantly less than men in identical jobs, and the world is not perfect.

Well its not for all men . If you think your emotionally string then stay that way and dont listen to these sayings just ignore them.

Lol.. doesnt really have to do with what country one is from,.. ignorant, assuming comes in all different size and shape..  .. but the language barrier may be the issue.. hes choosing words that comes out as ignorance and  as generalizing his thoughts and opinions.. or perhaps thats exactly who he is? *shrugs* but i dont want to assume either
