Do you guys actually use "Stop-Win" targets?

Everyone talks about setting a stop-loss so you don't blow your balance, but how many of you actually set a stop-win? I can’t count how many times I’ve turned a small deposit into a massive 10x balance, only to give it all back because I didn't know when to cash out.

If you hit a massive peak, do you immediately vault it, or do you keep pushing your luck?
