High risk 16 rows vs Medium risk 14 rows on Plinko?

Plinko has easily been my favorite original lately, but I'm torn on the setups. High risk with 16 rows is obviously the dream if you hit those massive outside pockets, but the center drops can completely kill your balance during a dry spell.

Lately, I've been switching over to Medium risk with 14 rows just to get a more consistent return and keep the session alive longer. For those of you who main Plinko, do you stick exclusively to High risk for the max win potential, or do you find Medium to be better for grinding out a steady balance?
