cedaran19 Posted Saturday at 10:20 AM #26 Posted Saturday at 10:20 AM My biggest win was actually a complete accident in Omaha where I misread my hand and thought I had a flush when it was just four spades, but somehow everyone folded to my river shove anyway. I have never tilted harder than when I lost with quad sixes to a royal flush on the river in a home game though.
Raxirtia Posted Saturday at 10:36 AM #27 Posted Saturday at 10:36 AM PLO is way more fun, the extra cards make holdm feel like half a poker game
Kazki27 Posted Saturday at 11:43 AM #28 Posted Saturday at 11:43 AM I once folded a full house in a live Omaha game because my read on the guy was so strong, and he slammed his quads on the table like I owed him money.
Irisirva Posted yesterday at 08:30 AM #29 Posted yesterday at 08:30 AM I get why people love PLO but the variance jsut eats my bankroll alive compared to no limit holdem.
seleneioin Posted yesterday at 08:40 AM #30 Posted yesterday at 08:40 AM That mention of bankoll management always stings a little since I blew half my early profits ignoring it entirely and chasing a 5/10 table way over my head. A stop loss limit would have saved me from that train wreck.
kim46322hs Posted yesterday at 10:13 AM #31 Posted yesterday at 10:13 AM hold'em still teh goat for me ngl, nothing hits like pulling off a nasty river bluff and watching em tank-fold ? ngl
vex79igx1fb Posted 6 hours ago #32 Posted 6 hours ago Fold pre rang a bell here, I learned that one the expensive way in Omaha
sam2w59xzlo Posted 3 hours ago #33 Posted 3 hours ago Texas Holdem is my go to but lately Ive been dabbling in Omaha and the action is just insane, especially when you got a nut flush draw plus a wrap straight draw on the flop. The biggest rush was hitting a runner runner boat against a guy who was like a 92% favorite after the turn, man you could hear the rage in the chat.
