Homoki Posted 5 hours ago #26 Posted 5 hours ago I folded pocket kings preflop last month because the tightest guy at the table 5 bet shoved and he showed aces after, that one fold probably saved my whole session.
autumnlor Posted 4 hours ago #27 Posted 4 hours ago fold discipline beats fancy bluffs every time in my experiance
doseori Posted 4 hours ago #28 Posted 4 hours ago Most of the table's just waiting for someone else to make a mistake, so I keep it boring and let them do the work.
ryxioick805 Posted 3 hours ago #29 Posted 3 hours ago tracking how many times you cbet the flop vs actually having it helps alot, i started checking back way more and my redline doesnt look like a cliff anymore
kazenssa Posted 2 hours ago #30 Posted 2 hours ago What's the one specific habit you built that helped you stay patient when the cards just aren't falling for an hour straight?
kaiegi8bqf Posted 1 hour ago #31 Posted 1 hour ago def more skill than luck tbh, but omg when you lose to a crazy river it just hits different ? imo
voxrily96 Posted 38 minutes ago #32 Posted 38 minutes ago yeah the luck factor is real short term but over a session its all about who tilts first honestly. my biggest improvement came when i stopped trying to outplay every pot and just focused on folding early when i sensed the table was too aggro.
