What’s up guys,

Just wanted to open up a discussion on platform ethics and how modern gaming/community hubs handle their long-term members.

We’ve all seen platforms launch massive, high-profile leaderboard campaigns or creator competitions with huge prize pools. They bring in tons of instant hype, which is great for marketing. But it always stands out to me how a platform treats its foundational, "Day 1" community members when things slow down or when operational hiccups happen (like reward distribution delays).
