Best ways to clear your head after a brutal session

Just had one of those sessions where absolutely nothing landed. Mines blew up on the first click, Plinko only hit the 0.2x middle, and the slots were completely dry. It happens to all of us.

What’s your go-to routine to clear your head and avoid the urge to revenge-deposit? For me, it's literally closing the tab and walking away for the night.
