Ifeanyi673 Posted 3 hours ago #1 Posted 3 hours ago you strip away the annoying watermarks and the social media drama, Stake’s massive campaign on X is actually about one simple crypto goal: Onboarding the next generation of crypto users. Traditional crypto companies spend hundreds of millions of dollars trying to explain complicated blockchain concepts like "DeFi," "gas fees," and "yield farming." Most regular internet users just tune it out because it sounds too much like a math textbook. Stake realized that if you want to get millions of people to download a crypto wallet and buy their first Bitcoin or Ethereum, you shouldn't try to educate them—you should give them a reason to use it. By plastering their logo on every funny video and football meme on X, they are targeting casual internet users who have never touched crypto before. When curiosity gets the best of those users and they visit the site, they discover that traditional credit cards don't work. To play, they are forced to do something they’ve never done: buy cryptocurrency.
