Does anyone actually stick to a staking plan long term?

Got thinking about this after a thread on bankroll management earlier, does anyone here actually stick to a strict staking plan over the long haul, or does discipline naturally slip once you're on a winning streak? In my experience the wins are actually when I get sloppiest, since it feels like I'm playing with "house money" even though obviously it's all just money. Curious if anyone's found a system that actually holds up once things start going well, rather than just when you're being careful after a losing session.
