I was the same until I stuck to one game only, like Plinko on low risk. Just drop a ball and watch, no weird rules to learn and you can stretch a tiny balance for ages.

try watching a kick streamer and see how they play

start with really low bets while you figure out the game rules, it takes the pressure off massively

Watching streams can help but it also sets unrealistic expectations sometimes because they bet way more than a normal player.
