Probably base + commission on player losses, tbh. No way they're on a flat salary with how much they push bonuses and VIP stuff.

Bet it varies wildly though. A host for some whale dropping six figures a week vs one handling mostly small fish probably see a huge gap in take home.

Bet most of it's tied to a % of net losses tbh, that's why some vanish when you're up.

I always figurred it was mostly a slice of the losses, would explain why their attitude flips so fast when you hit a good streak.

Due to the fact that some host give out extra bonuses while some don’t. I’m sure they can do what they want, when they want, to who they want.. entirely on their own discretion in order to keep player retention

Not much base I reckon, the real pay is just a cut of the action so its pertty grim if your assigned players stay cold for a month.

A friend of a friend does it and he said during a bad month where his guys were winning he barely cleared 2k total.

Id say they get a tiny flat rate but the revshare cuts way deeper, dry spells must feel brutal compared to just clockin a regulra salary gig
