Honestly just start with Texas Hold'em, it's the easiest to pick up. You get 2 cards, share 5 with the table, and try to make the best 5-card hand — rest you learn by losing a few hands tbh

ngl the losing part is where the real lessons come from 😂 just stick to low stakes at first and don't bluff too much until you get a feel for it

Just jump into some micro-stakes Hold'em tables and focus on which hands to play from what position first, the rest kinda clicks after a few sessions

Tbh just learn the hand rankings first, that's like 90% of the confusion early on. Everything else you'll figure out as you play.

Id say skipping the video guides and just jumping into low stakes tables is way more fun, youll lose a couple bucks but you learn way faster when its your own money on the line.

Are you thinking of starting with online micro tables or jumping straight into some home games with mates? Might change what you need to focus on first.

Honestly just get your feet wet with play money tables first, i tried that and it felt less painful when you misread your hand for the fifth time. Still managed to punt with a pair of twos tho
