Haventos Posted Saturday at 08:53 AM #26 Posted Saturday at 08:53 AM Just play tight early on honestly, I kept thinkin any suited cards were a license to splash around and my chip stack would vanish in ten minutes flat. The real lightbulb moment for me was realizing position at the table matters almost as much as your actual cards.
mikkaeyx Posted Saturday at 08:53 AM #27 Posted Saturday at 08:53 AM man when i started i lost so many chips calling down with second pair like it was the nuts lol. just fold more than you think you need to especially early on and it'll save you a ton of headaches
vyclor Posted Saturday at 09:33 AM #28 Posted Saturday at 09:33 AM fold pre, alot. saves your stack early
ben29bufzt3 Posted Saturday at 11:53 AM #29 Posted Saturday at 11:53 AM yo just dive into some free games first, you'll catch on faster than you think ?
homoelvar Posted Saturday at 11:56 AM #30 Posted Saturday at 11:56 AM just fold trash hands and u wont bleed
Ashraast07 Posted Saturday at 02:04 PM #31 Posted Saturday at 02:04 PM I lost my first three buy ins to pocket deuces.
ravenollyn Posted Saturday at 02:17 PM #32 Posted Saturday at 02:17 PM everyone sleeps on position, i spent months bleedin chips from early seat before someeone told me just fold more when im first to act and widen up on the button
FiceNeLu Posted Saturday at 03:20 PM #33 Posted Saturday at 03:20 PM yeah and fold most hands preflop tbh, beginners play way too many cards and it burns em ?
kovatha0 Posted yesterday at 04:20 AM #34 Posted yesterday at 04:20 AM Honestly playing tight is the smartest move early on but I still get bored folding for 20 hands and then punt with jack four suited just to feel something.
cameoplatitum Posted yesterday at 10:38 AM #35 Posted yesterday at 10:38 AM ez lfg bro, start with online free games for practice, you'll learn fast and avoid risking cash ?
kaiz1prr Posted 2 hours ago #36 Posted 2 hours ago ah man the hand rankings are step one for sure, i kept mixing up flushes and straights for ages. biggest lightbulb for me was just playin super tight preflop, you avoid so many messy spots that way.
kaii14h32 Posted 2 hours ago #37 Posted 2 hours ago I lost so many chips early on slow playing pocket aces and letting people see cheap flops. My buddy told me to just raise big preflop with those hands even if it scares everyone off and honestly that alone made me sotp bleeding money so fast.
