You get dealt cards, bet in rounds, and the goal is to win chips either by having the best hand or convincing everyone else to fold. tbh it's simpler to learn by playing a few free hands than reading rules

bro its basically a battle of who has the strongest 5 card combo except half the game is convincing everyone else yours is trash or the nuts lol the adrenaline when both hole cards hit the flop is actually unmatched

Everyone says it's about bluffing and reading people but honestly most beginners lose because they play way too many hands, folding is literally the hardest skill to learn.

I folded pocket aces preflop once just to see if I could and the table lost teir minds. The simple version is you make the best five card hand but most of the real game is just not letting your curiosity get the better of you.
