Hello Stake Team and Community,

 

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding INR deposits and withdrawals in India.

 

Many Indian users are facing issues where INR deposits are marked as successful, but the funds are not credited to their Stake accounts. In such cases, users are often told to contact their bank because the third-party payment provider claims the funds were not received. This creates a very frustrating experience for customers.

 

Another concern is that live chat support is not available for Indian users, making it even more difficult to resolve urgent payment issues.

 

If other users have experienced similar problems with INR deposits or withdrawals, please report them to Stake Support as well. I hope Stake investigates its third-party payment providers, takes appropriate action if any provider is failing users, and ensures a fair, reliable, and transparent payment experience for everyone.
