Yassine421 Posted 2 hours ago #1 Posted 2 hours ago I’ve realized that chasing losses is my biggest weakness when gambling. After a bad session, I always tell myself, “Just one more bet and I’ll get it all back,” but most of the time it only makes things worse. I’m trying to become more disciplined and gamble more responsibly, but breaking this habit has been difficult. For those of you who have managed to stop chasing losses: What helped you the most? Do you have a stop-loss limit or a routine you follow? How do you walk away after a losing session? I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. I’m hoping hearing from others in the community will help me build better habits. Thanks in advance, and good luck to everyone!
