Is bankroll management more important than finding winning picks?

Most people spend a lot of time searching for the "perfect" bet, but very little time thinking about how much they should risk. Do you think proper bankroll management is the real key to lasting longer, or can a great betting strategy make up for poor money management?

It's actually both ways, but I'll still opt for better betting strategy, it takes time, dedication and lot's of discipline but when mastered, you'd find it very beneficial.
