That happened to me when I dropped a clumsy joke in chat right after a bad run and the timing made it look real offensive even though I didnt mean it that way. Honestly just waiting it out is the worst part but support eventually lightened the mute when they saw I was genuinly not trying to stir things up.

i feel you, my friend got muted for a whole week just for saying a silly slang word that the bot flagged wrong and he was so confused. hope yours liftts quicker than that at least
