So i just lost 29 bch 30 mins ago.

I won't say I got cheated by anyone, but myself. Even though I was screaming at myself to stop spinning, my hand refused and continued.

I need to know why I do this and how I can stop myself from doing it again, if I ever win again that is.

Please help.

1. take like month ot bigger break minimum 1 week

2.when u come back to play dont chase ur looses theres 80% chance that u will rip.

If u dont wana gamble or loose any more money u can ask support to ban u from entering the site with ur IP.

Excitement is comparable to the disease. I also always think that I’ll win and set up x2, x2... as spellbound until to lose everything.

I think you need to try to do the limit by yourself. For example, today I'm ready to lost 1 BCH tell yourself. It will be first step to decrease disappointment your's.

P.S. Advises about bet reduction don't help)))

Well, first of all, I'm really sorry to hear that, so actually you gotta set a balance between the money that you'll gamble and those you need to live etc. Try depositing amounts that you can afford or even better you wont care even if you bust whole of it. You will definitely need much self control which is hard to achieve.

when u have some balance first u should make strategy to play  and how much roll to play ,then choose u r payout and bet amount according u r balance.if u fear to play then u loose.(win chance-100)*1.5) is your red steak  max. now choose u r payout  as per u calculate how to play

You have a serious addiction problem given the situation that you described. The first step it to admit that you have a gambling addiction. The next step would be to reach out to a support hotline which can help you get through this :)

i can disagree saying it as a serious addiction.. in being addicted in something that makes anyone happy then everyone are addicts and need help.. he was seeking an advice that most of us that plays in this site been through...and wants to know how to prevent it happening again...i know you might not have meant it the way i see it... but it be towards to generally every single player including yourself...... As for the question..is up to you when to stop..you wasn't force to keep going as you wasn't force to play in the start..there's no remedy or a persons words can change in the decision that was made.. its history learn from it.. might sound harsh but its honest truth..

I don't get how this stake system works you say you lost 29 Bitcoin cash so your wagered would be around 29 Bitcoin cash right ? But under your wagered list it shows you have just wagered like 2 Bitcoin cash is it a typo ?

Yes that sounds strange, he might have more than one account and just use this as his forum account, or he might have used another crypto than Bitcoin cash.

Oh yeah that could be one way forgot stake allows to make more than one account for gambling. Still would like an answer or reply to confirm if so :) .

ummm, thats a very tricky question.. not only because its majorly dependant on your own self control, but also because alot of other players experiences this is exact senario.. perhaps not te amount youve lost, but the same situation where one simply cant stop playing even though there head is sayin stop.. i guess perhaps take a break and re-evaluate your priorities maybe?.. easier said than done i know.. it was alot for me to even take a few days off.. so its understandable if this wont easy as well.. there is also a link for gambler annoymous type of organisation.. have you tried that?.. i believe you will be able to get better help from them, rather than asking other gamblers who may or may not be dealing with these same issues.. anyways, i hope you figure it out and goos luck..

Peace.

Your asking the same people that do the same thing.  The only thing that seems to work for me is to stop for a day or  five. Or just withdraw a little at  a time and dont put it back in.

the same situation happened to me many times.i'm doing martingale (so rage bet) and when I lose everything when I get angry to myself and those around me I'm really hurting i don't think there is a way to stop it.
