Hello Stakers,

So, i never recieved an email for the recent coupon Stake sent out to players. Did not get it for this account (but claimed thx to someone sharing the link) or my alt account (did not qualify any of the bonus) that i have made several deposits on, and also wagered on.. at first i thought perhaps i did wager enough.. but then i read in chat from these new accounts getting one?.. now i can not help but feel offended for getting left out.. 

Did anyone else not get an email or did not qualify for the bonus? I know of another player whos a regular that wagers almost everydaynot recieving an email or qualify for any tier of the coupons.. 

Thats just wrong Stake, so wrong..

You are lucky, when we did our email campaign, you're name wasn't removed from the credit list, because of the eligibility not taking into account the subscription status. The email would have been sen't to you, but our service would have cancelled it because you unsubscribed on January 7th this year.

I would consider yourself lucky in this case because this was a big promotion, but with smaller ones, you will probably miss out if nobody tells you about it.

Oh ok so we can be unsubscribed from the mail ? I am pretty sure i didn't unsubscribe i do remember but these emails from stake land in the spam folder in my gmail i don't know if my mail deleted it.

Is there a criteria of some sort besides subscribing in getting one for future coupons? because i subscribed this is second one that i didn't get get but i should be qualified for..

At first check, if you are logged in same account, to which linked email you got msg.

There is almost always different criteria for each email promotion, the last promotion was sent to thousands of emails. I see you have claimed the last one, it was probably found in spam :)

When this happens, that you receive an email and get this error, always contact support, please, so we can check what could be the issue and help in resolving it. :)
