Glitch or bug in the website?

Hello everybody i'm seeking help here, tried so many times for so many hours today in live support chat, got 3 different people to help but nobody actually could help me.
my issue is that i had 200 USD and now they are gone, here is the thing, i was playing normally 200 USD left in my account then i exited the website stayed on the computer went to do something else on different websites, came back after around 30 minutes then boom no money, zero balance, at first i was like i think its bugged or something, after talking to 3 different moderators, i went to my bets suddenly noticed few bets that wasn't placed by me, i usally play with 0.5 to 2 USD maximum bets, these bets were like 40$ plus each one, now i'm 100% sure i haven't placed any of these bets, never left my computer nobody touched it and i don't anybody could have accessed to my account and played in it because i have a security on everything almost and whenever someone tries to enter from different location they send email to me with a code.

- there is no way someone entered my account and placed these bets.
- there is no way that i placed these bets, i never play with high bets.

Last bet i placed here was on ice fishing, i never play high bets, look at the last bets of Keno game, i never played that game before i swear on everything.
what pisses me off is that two days ago i deposited 30 USD played so much and so much fun and won some money, got to 200 USD and they were gone not by me and not by anybody else what the .. this could be?
I hope anybody investigate this case, i don't think anybody put enough energy on this case yet from the moderators, i ask for answers.
such answers as: bets can't be placed by themselves (NO SHIT DUDE) i know that's why i'm confused as f..

You probably share your API cuz I heard some people with bots can play your with your account just by using your API
