KiXxnTRiXx Posted March 24, 2019 #1 Posted March 24, 2019 Seems like every game including Video Poker has died down after a few weeks.. most played games are now limbo and keno.. from what ive seen anyways.. Anyone still loving Video Poker? or has the hype finally died?.. i admit, since the new Keno options, i havent been playing any other games.. Video Poker, still good, just not on the same level of good.. what do you think?
williamshennie9 Posted March 24, 2019 #2 Posted March 24, 2019 I think we have gotten used to them, and they have become part of Stake. So yeah, I would say the hype is over, but that is not a bad thing, it just means that people are used to the games now
echang426 Posted March 24, 2019 #3 Posted March 24, 2019 Personally, I love video poker and roulette when I'm inside a real casino. Even blackjack and baccarat are fun at a casino, but these games aren't nearly as fun without a live dealer and the sounds and sights of a casino. Even now, when I want to play roulette I usually play online with a live dealer. It was fun to play video poker when it first came up, but it's not the same. 😄 Keno is still fun because of the variable payouts available without having to manually change your payout option.

I think the hype is still there depending on the game that is the flavour of the week - directly coinciding with players who win the biggest on said game & posting it in chat. I for one, have always been affected by that but then I try doing the same thing and get a punch in the face - “How come it doesn’t do the same thing?!”, that thought always pops up once I’ve busted. Herd instinct! 🤣😋
Kate Posted March 24, 2019 #5 Posted March 24, 2019 Well the game is not dead what makes you think the game is dead ? I don't have any vibe that makes me feel that the game is dead and no more.
kuleeeet Posted March 24, 2019 #6 Posted March 24, 2019 the game still there its hard to play that video poker so never played that

banana2018 Posted March 24, 2019 #8 Posted March 24, 2019 I like limbo the most. It's like chartbet on steroids.
ekzxc Posted March 24, 2019 #9 Posted March 24, 2019 It's okay even if the hype is over. The purpose of the games is for players to have a lot of options to choose.
Etude Posted March 24, 2019 #10 Posted March 24, 2019 The freshness of video poker have pretty much settled down by now I guess especially with many people have been getting Royal Flush (800x) which is extremely rare with high profits!
Mikehoncho Posted March 24, 2019 #11 Posted March 24, 2019 i still depo my money and bust it on plinko. I like video poker, but haven' played much limbo.
artizykristy Posted March 24, 2019 #12 Posted March 24, 2019 in my opinion until now video poker remains the same without the word over, there are only a few people who really like the game as you say you like Keno very much and in the future you will still play that game, I just play video poker if there is a challenge or I get a feeling I will get a flush or fullhouse. but yeah from now im still love limbo better video poker because i really miss Chartbet
laron Posted March 24, 2019 #13 Posted March 24, 2019 I guess all the games are the same, only luck and seed determine lol, try once to change the game not too much on one game or try to calm down, good luck
firenine Posted March 25, 2019 #14 Posted March 25, 2019 I just got four of a kind nines playing video poker. Hype! 😎 VIDEOPOKER: 3,970,295,336 placed by firenine on 24/03/2019 Wagered 0.00025000 Multiplier 25x Profit 0.00600000
skillex Posted March 25, 2019 #15 Posted March 25, 2019 You are somehow right although not totally a hype. Maybe its just that VP is just not that balance friendly enough since mostly many didnt play it now compared before.
Administrator Edward Posted March 25, 2019 Administrator #16 Posted March 25, 2019 Video Poker has got quite a bit of loving today judging by the graphs
polor12 Posted March 25, 2019 #17 Posted March 25, 2019 there is no love lost for video poker..is no popular most likely there is a couple challenges involving vp.. is getting treated like other card games because of the low multiplier is paying out... is not like a low bet will win u 1mil after a few thousand rolls like in mines or limbo... bet high and getting the multiples on vp has a higher in getting then passing 1.89 in limbo...
jualid Posted March 25, 2019 #18 Posted March 25, 2019 It's not completely died i think, and many players still play video poker but not that much anymore. I think it's also because of really hard to get high payout on video poker.
nhoyasim101 Posted March 25, 2019 #19 Posted March 25, 2019 im not much on VP cuase cant win on that game 10red and a tie and my highest card is full house i still stuck in plinko and sometimes keno though those games is keeping me down
Joshreyes Posted March 25, 2019 #20 Posted March 25, 2019 The video poker multiplier and chance are not fair. Lol and I have read of that post here that there are different result, the post title was Probably unfair by ekzxc. I think that is one factor why video poker died
ivaylo2000 Posted March 25, 2019 #21 Posted March 25, 2019 I do not think the interest in video poker has decreased. Naturally, it's the games that offer more opportunities for higher profits. Video poker is a high stakes game where chance to win is better than others , but payouts are low than other games.

Yeah, I do agree with you in a way. For me limbo is less popular because it is basically chartbet. However, I have personally wanted video poker for a while now, so I am very happy that it is on Stake for us to play

However, I'd say Diamond Poker has seen it's last as no one seems to use it anymore. Only challenges. Video Poker is still very busy custom on the other hand. I agree with this. Poor diamond poker, unless they revamp it or do something else about it, nobody's gonna tink of playing it since it's basically martingail. They really need to raise the multipliers on getting a 5 of a kind, etc. the hype is still there, it's just not like before since everybody wants to try it out. If it was live poker within stake, im sure it will be what everybody talks about haha
Shaniqua Posted March 25, 2019 #24 Posted March 25, 2019 feels like the hype is over for me at least. somtimes when i depo i may for the first 2 bets try a vedeo poker go but meh i migrate away soon after
bmg Posted March 25, 2019 #25 Posted March 25, 2019 I was super excited when I first heard the news of video poker coming to Stake. I was like a kid waiting for Christmas so to say lol... Then it came and I played it. .. and my feelings were as if I was like a little kid at Christmas that thought I was getting some super awesome toy... but opened up and ugly sweater instead.
