I recently replied to a topic about a flaw on modbot.. where a person chatted in the wrong area and got muted for rain abuse.. To me in strong honest opinion.. that is not right to be muted.. i speak english and tagalog there are certain words in the english language that cannot be translated to tagalog.. so if im talking to someone in the filipino chat room and ask anong trabaho mo (whats your job) and get replied a babysitter..."babysitter" is repeated by me.. that word cannot be translated but is known both languages..then i go to english chat room and chatted there..that deserves a mute but be tagged as rain abuse..with all the adjustment made with rainbot... chatting should be taken off.. and being muted because speaking a different language "in the designated channel" is literally saying we dont accept you go where you belong..for real? here is rain abuse..where a person says thank you and congrats to rb.. that has not deposit but only made the required minimum to join chat.. gets rained on.. i depo plenty of times not chat once didnt get a drop in hours.. one word "Hi" ill get 100k of eth.. having that to to acquire to get rained why bother to depo.. But when i read "Designated channel" here we got a room for guys..where u can speak freely in your own language... but make sure no english words that u want to describe something but there's no other words but English can describe it..you get muted...this might sound like a rant..or spam.. this my opinion.. is great to have rooms with different languages that show diversity..but having a mod or modbot saying english only or muted for not using the right language segregation living well and healthy...who ever thinks this a spam..reply to make me think differently..and be sure be in detail..

I think that modbot is not really an automatic bot but just a notification system that displays action taken by a chat moderator on a specific user. Well at least thats the conclusion I came upon observing.

automatic or not..it has be change... knowing damn well using google translator.. can by pass all that also.. taking out chat as one of requirement of catching rain will be fair to depositors that dont chat..am i wrong about that.. to those who just chat and dont even deposit...what's more fair?

ye its an auto bot it mutes based on certain words i think , like a 24 hour mute for saying !bonzo and a perm mute for saying t.me

!bonzo is self mute... a command mute in other words.. you can chat leaving out ! in bonzo and wont mute.. my point in the topic is two things.. typing in a different language shouldn't be a problem. 2nd change rainbot distribution.. meaning dont let chat be a factor in getting rained on..yes im muted i dont get rain.. but wen i wasn't i deposit a good amount in one day and yet im seeing someone that just chat get rained 3-4 times.. and looked at his stats he just wagered enough to just chat.. to me is just unfair..

Yep, it was like that for me before the recent updates made to rb.. depositting, wagering and even chatting did not favor me at all to get drops and it got to the point of me just frustrated all the time seeing spammers getting to reap the benifits without depositting or making any wagers.. just spamming one word comments did the trick. for us who uses mobile and constantly wagering cannot compete with that level of spam, nor do i want to.. some even created scripts automated comments/responses to abuse this fact.. They just recently updated rb again stating it should distribute more fairly, which i hope is true, because after that statement, rain on chat included the spamming beggars on the list of ones that got the drops.. so, not sure what the “fair distrubution” is im just worried that it is going to bring back the spamming rain beggars once again and flood chat with nonsense.. fingers crossed that this is not going to be the outcome of the recent update or rip chatrooms..

The modbot is still early in development, and overall, it does a good job. Yes, it is not perfect, and if you are wrongfully muted, live support is always there to check it and they will unmute you if the modbot wrongfully muted you

Well i think modbot its not automated muted, someone is playing with that account we dontknow who maybe hui maybe maverick or other mods i was asking support frist when i want going to some room, darko was say '' yes you can'' then i going to ph room and xtine was give me warning

If someone asks you about anything and you can reply only either in English or the specific chatroom language then you can reply publicly but if you can't then just Direct Message him. I know my statement has many issues but stake is trying to keep the beggars and we should support them in this case.

hello friends its honestly speaking may be modbot operate by operator like road roller ,who are in front off him/her just splash and moving forward. just few hour back when mute me post a wrong bet id  in competition but another three person are not muted.conclusion there is some ambiguity

In the challenge, the moderators for the wrong ID bet were muted some players, because they interfered to determine the winners and warned about this in advance. The case described above is similar to the automatic muting by the bot.

in my opinion no mans perfect with regards to this problem best thing to do is a good mutual understanding what really was the problem is. im not agree also you made  a single mistake and mute  it immidiately  hoping mod that give a chance to the person who miss it and tell him about the rules and weigh also what intended punishment will be implemented if he/she do it again.
