Real talk, set a loss limit before you even open a game. Once you hit it, you're done for the day, no exceptions. Saves you from doing dumb shit when you're tilted.

A buddy once told me to think of my balance as movie ticket money, once the show's over you just go home. I started doing that and honestly it made those small wins feel like a bonus sequel I didnt pay for.

That idea of splitting my balnce into three separate sessions before I even start clicking was a game changer. Once a chunk is gone I just log off no matter what, even if I feel like a comeback is right there waiting.

The best gambling advice I've ever received is simple: never bet more than you can afford to lose. Treat gambling as entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a budget, know when to stop, and never chase losses. Discipline will always beat emotions in the long run.
