ayontop Posted yesterday at 12:13 PM #1 Posted yesterday at 12:13 PM That’s what I enjoy most about poker. A bad hand doesn’t mean the next one will be the same. Every round is a new opportunity to make better decisions and stay focused. I’ve learned that patience and discipline usually matter more than trying to play every hand. Taking your time can make all the difference. Good luck to everyone at the tables, and hope your next session goes well! 🍀♠️
nalorori Posted 18 hours ago #3 Posted 18 hours ago Patience is the real grind, fr. Nothing worse than tilting off a session just because one hand went sideways.
onyxus Posted 18 hours ago #4 Posted 18 hours ago So true, man. The moment you start chasing every hand is when it all falls apart. Discipline really is king at the table.
luxick Posted 17 hours ago #5 Posted 17 hours ago Patience really is the secret sauce. Once I stopped forcing every hand, my sessions got way less stressful and more profitable.
mrwashy Posted 17 hours ago #6 Posted 17 hours ago yeah that fresh start vibe keeps me from chasing stupid plays tbh
legacyrel Posted 15 hours ago #7 Posted 15 hours ago Patience is so underrated, tbh. I'd rather fold 10 hands in a row than donk off my stack on a marginal one.
meriesse7 Posted 15 hours ago #8 Posted 15 hours ago Solid mindset tbh. Nothing worse than watching someone tilt their whole stack just because they couldn't let go of a bad run.
frostzyl Posted 15 hours ago #9 Posted 15 hours ago That’s the mindset that keeps you sane at the tables for sure. Folding pre when it’s trash just feels better than bleeding chips, ngl.
umbraxen Posted 14 hours ago #10 Posted 14 hours ago Patience and discipline are a deadly combo at the tables. It’s wild how much easier it gets once you stop trying to be the hero every hand.
onyxvi333 Posted 14 hours ago #12 Posted 14 hours ago So true, and that's why I never stress a cold run anymore – just reset and play the next one clean.
Ivorydra Posted 14 hours ago #14 Posted 14 hours ago Exactly, it’s all about the long game. Once you stop sweating individual hands, the whole session gets way less stressful.
ryxvar Posted 14 hours ago #15 Posted 14 hours ago That’s basically the whole game in one post tbh. The moment you stop chasing every hand, poker actually becomes fun.
yiddisyhis Posted 14 hours ago #16 Posted 14 hours ago ngl that fresh start vibe stops the tilt before it starts fr ngl

maxe34dtal3 Posted 13 hours ago #18 Posted 13 hours ago couldn't agree more, bro! patience and discipline are the real mvps in poker ?
pradofla Posted 4 hours ago #20 Posted 4 hours ago folded pre too many times last night but hey new day new cards lol ? ?
hollowanvi Posted 2 hours ago #23 Posted 2 hours ago last weke i folded jacks pre and then hit a full house the very next hand with deuces it was wild
ivoryumtos Posted 2 hours ago #24 Posted 2 hours ago Discipline sure, but fresh starts can also just feed bad chases
vycirast Posted 1 hour ago #25 Posted 1 hour ago yeah but a fresh start dont matter if you keep makin the same mistake from tilt
