sophetoria444 Posted yesterday at 01:44 PM #27 Posted yesterday at 01:44 PM It’s a lot of epxectation to place on a single football side but I suppose they have the pieces to make a decent run.

Ivorydra Posted 7 hours ago #31 Posted 7 hours ago if their wingers stay wide and stretch the backline early it opens up the middle for counters.
kovaerra6 Posted 6 hours ago #32 Posted 6 hours ago Not sure a whole continent needs a single team to validate it, but the defensive structure they’ve kept since the last tournament is genuinely hard to break down. That alone keeps them dangerous even when the attack looks a bit clunky.
ravellia Posted 6 hours ago #33 Posted 6 hours ago Their press against Spain was relentless and I honestly think the bookies slept on them again, you could get solid odds for them to clear the group easily right now. Hakimi just transforms on the big stage, feels like every counter attack starts with him sprinting like he's got a personal grudge against the opposition.
pyxienne Posted 6 hours ago #34 Posted 6 hours ago Honestly the key for them will be not getting baited into yellow cards early because their defensive depth is thin if someone picks up a suspension. If they keep a clean sheet in the first 20 minutes I think their counter attack speed just overwhelms most sides.
kaziozyl747 Posted 4 hours ago #36 Posted 4 hours ago Hakimi running the flank definitely gives them that edge but do you think the midfield can keep up if they face a team that presses real aggressive?
